All instruments and bows are guaranteed against any inherent defects in the wood or construction. We cannot be responsible for damage which is the result of extremes of heat or dryness, or damage resulting from being hit or dropped.

OUR POLICY
The instrument you are purchasing may not be your final instrument. In light of this, we offer three options for you when you are ready to find a new instrument:

1. We will take all instruments and bows* purchased from us back in trade for 100% of the original purchase price (deductions will be taken to replace strings, re-hair the bow, and for any other necessary repairs), toward the purchase of an instrument or bow of equal or greater value.
*all non-wood bows and bows under $225.00 can be traded for 60% of their purchase price

2. We hope you will buy your next instrument from us, but if not, we will be happy to sell the instrument you bought from us on consignment. You will receive 80% of what we re-sell it for once the instrument is sold. Some deductions may be taken in order to get the instrument in sellable condition.

3. If you would rather not wait for your instrument to sell, we will buy it back for 70% of the amount you paid for it*, immediate payment. Again, some deductions may be taken in order to get the instrument ready for sale.
*all non-wood bows and bows under $225.00 excluded.

There are no time restrictions on any of these guarantees.
